Sometimes an experience or loss leaves us unable to breathe, let alone consider moving forward, whether feelings are so huge and out of control you fear you might explode, or you feel empty, as though you might simply collapse or disappear. As a Trauma- and Grief- Informed Therapist, I am trained in EMDR, TFT, and Brainspotting (all highly effective trauma treatment modalities), and I have extensive training in the process of companioning those in grief, loss, mourning and life transitions.
